Fees paid for one-on-one consultation calls with Coach Aswathy are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or outcome.
Any booking fee paid to reserve a consultation or program start slot is non-refundable.
In certain cases, we may allow you to reschedule a booked consultation or transfer your program start date, subject to availability.
This does not change the non-refundable nature of the payment.
